This vintage platter with ribbon and reed trim is simply stunning. We love the cut-out corner design and its hefty weight. Made by Goldsmiths Silversmiths Co, Ltd. of Regent Street in London. Circa 1940's.
A generously sized, fabulous piece for entertaining to serve delicious fare. When not in use, we love to leave upright on a kitchen or bar backsplash for its visual appeal and a touch of silver chic reflection in a room.
The vintage offerings in our collection are restored and re-plated in pure silver in London for us by our longtime silversmiths. Even with restoration, some of the pieces may sport more patina than others due to their unique history and use which we think only adds to their character and allure.
