Vintage Teapot, 2 1/4 Cups

We love the streamlined design of this Vintage Oval Teapot.  It has the signature heft of classic, collectible vintage European hotel silver and generously pours 2 1/4 cups of tea.

The silver pot helps the tea stay that much warmer.  We imagine this pot at tea time, accompanied by a cake stand filled with warm scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam in a bustling hotel café in London. Or, as part of one's morning routine with breafkast at home - turning that cup of tea into an occasion.

When not in use for tea, we like to flip open the lid and fill with fresh flowers.

The vintage offerings in our collection of European hotel silver and barware are restored and re-plated in pure silver in London by our longtime silversmiths. Even with restoration, some of the pieces may sport more patina than others due to their unique history and use which we think only adds to their character and allure.
