SHIPPING

Hôtel will process your order within 5-7 business days and ship via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are complimentary at present. 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Hôtel. If a return is necessary, please email info@hotelsilverltd.com to let us know what you would like to return and to receive a Return Authorization number. Once approved, please mail the item in its original packaging for a refund (minus the original shipping and handling cost) within 15 days of delivery date. The return must be insured for the return to be honored. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Any merchandise purchased on sale will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Your name and billing address.

  • The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.

Once we receive the package, we will promptly issue a refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We carefully wrap and pack each silver piece. If your shipment arrives damaged, please file a damage claim and contact Hôtel within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of carton, damaged item and damage claim to info@hotelsilverltd.com. We will provide a shipping label for the return of the damaged item and refund will be issued upon receipt of your return.

INTERNATIONAL

For international shipments please contact us at info@hotelsilverltd.com. Customers are responsible for any additional charges (which can vary greatly from country to country) such as customs, taxes or duties incurred during shipping. International orders are non-returnable.

SALES TAX

Connecticut sales tax of 6.35% is added to all orders within the state of Connecticut.

GIFT WRAP

Our standard wrapping consists of bubble wrap for protection, tissue paper and a Hôtel label. If your purchase is a gift, you may select the gift wrap option on the item's page.

PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or share your information and we do not use it for any reason other than processing your order. We do not send additional emails unless it is pertaining to your order or if you have signed up for our newsletter.
