Vintage Individual Soufflé Dish

This Vintage Soufflé Dish was designed for an individual serving.  Imagine a puffy, just-out-of-the-oven cheese soufflé arriving at one's place setting in the restaurant of a deluxe Mayfair hotel in London.

It sports the signature weight of classic, collectible  vintage European hotel silver.

Today, we love to use this appealing vessel to serve nuts or olives at cocktail time, a dip with crudité, guacamole with chips, berries, crackers on a cheese board - or lemons and limes on a bar.

When not in use for entertaining, it makes a chic cache pot when filled with a small leafy fern.

The vintage offerings in our collection are restored and re-plated in pure silver in London for us by our longtime silversmiths. Even with restoration, some of the pieces may sport more patina than others due to their unique history and use which we think only adds to their character and allure.
