Vintage 1950's Sugar Shaker

This Vintage Sugar Shaker was made by renowned Mappin & Webb Silversmiths.  Circa 1950.

We adore the elegant, curved profile of this shaker with its pierced floral cap, topped by an exquisite finial. 

We love shakers for powdered sugar to serve at dessert time, very finely grated parmesan cheese for lunch or dinner - and a beautiful accessory for a vanity. 

The vintage offerings in our collection of European hotel silver & barware are restored and re-plated in pure silver in London by our longtime silversmiths. Even with restoration, some of the pieces may sport more patina than others due to their unique history and use which we think only adds to their character and allure.
