Vintage 10" Round Engine-Turned Tray

This Vintage 10” Round Tray with its streamlined, engine-turned design is simply stunning. It was made by Mappin & Webb Silversmiths, renowned for their quality silver craftsmanship.

From a practical standpoint, the engine-turned pattern helps disguise any scratches or wear that may occur over time.

We love this tray on a bar to corral cocktail garnishes or small bowls of nuts, olives or chips. 

It's the perfect size to serve hors d'oeuvres, bite size desserts., a couple of cocktails or coupes of champagne. Coffee and teatime are all the more elevated upon this timeless serve piece.  This tray would also be a chic addition to a vanity or desk top.

When not entertaining, we love favorite vintage trays kept upright against a kitchen backsplash or bar for its visual appeal, adding a touch of silver reflection to the room.

The vintage offerings in our collection are restored and re-plated in pure silver in London for us by our longtime silversmiths. Even with restoration, some of the pieces may sport more patina than others due to their unique history and use which we think only adds to their character and allure.
