Vintage 10 1/4" Oblong Tray, Christofle

This Vintage 10 1/4" Oblong Tray with its classic ribbon and reed rim was made by Christofle, the venerable French silver company founded in 1830.

We love the timeless design of this serving piece.  It's perfectly sized to serve bite-size hors d'oeuvres, a wedge of Camembert and crackers, or chocolates. It would add a touch of silver sparkle to a desk top, dresser or vanity as a chic catch-all.

It's a timeless serving piece that's elegant without fussiness -  that one will reach for again and again for entertaining.

The vintage offerings in our collection of European hotel silver & barware are restored and re-plated in pure silver in London by our longtime silversmiths. Even with restoration, some of the pieces may sport more patina than others due to their unique history and use which we think only adds to their character and allure.
