Vintage 5 1/2-Cup Coffee Pot

This Vintage 5 1/2-Cup Coffee Pot with its classic ball finial was crafted by Joseph Rogers & Sons, a legendary Sheffield silversmith company established in the 1700's.

The base of the pot bears the stamp "White Hart, Sonning" , an historic inn and former coaching house dating back centuries in Sonning, England, situated on the banks of the River Thames. 

Imagine steaming hot coffee being poured from this pot into one's bone-china cup in this property's breakfast room with white starched linen table cloths and a view of the sparkling river.

The vintage offerings in our collection are restored and re-plated in pure silver in London by our longtime silversmiths. Even with restoration, some of the pieces may sport more patina than others due to their unique history and use which we think only adds to their character and allure.
