Vintage 6-Slice Toast Rack, Twisted Rope

This vintage 6-slice toast rack caught our eye due to its unique and appealing twisted rope design.

While originally made to serve slices of toast at the breakfast table,  we use toast racks on our desk to hold stationery, invitations and photos. It's a great holder for folded cocktail-size napkins when serving appetizers.  And, it's perfect for serving a favorite cookie in each of the slots at teatime or dessert.

A vintage toast rack is a favorite gift item of our collectors.

The vintage offerings in our collection are restored and re-plated in pure silver in London for us by our longtime silversmiths. Even with restoration, some of the pieces may sport more patina than others due to their unique history and use which we think only adds to their character and allure.
