Vintage Folding 3-Plate Server

This vintage 3-plate folding server was designed to easily flatten to fit into wicker picnic hampers back in the day.  Circa 1920. A true collectible.

When assembled (with the quick turn of a screw by hand), we love this streamlined conversation piece to serve a variety of bite size sweets and berries at dessert time.

The design makes it easy to pick up and pass savory hors d'oeuvres or sweets during a party. 

We've taken a similar one on the road up to Boston for a tailgate picnic before a college football game on a crisp New England Fall day - adding a touch of casual elegance to the pre-game delicious spread of nibbles.

The vintage offerings in our collection are restored and re-plated in pure silver in London for us by our longtime silversmiths. Even with restoration, some of the pieces may sport more patina than others due to their unique history and use which we think only adds to their character and allure.
